MNS-Indian Army Eligibility Criteria.
Need to be an Indian citizen
Qualification requirements for education for MNS.
Msc Nursing or Bsc Nursing from an INC-approved university is required.
Registered nurse from a state nursing council
Age Requirements for MNS.
The age range of candidates should be between 21 and 35 years old.
Gender; Only Female candidates Only.
Physical requirements for Indian Army Nursing candidates.
The military authorities will assess the medical fitness of a person in accordance with military standards.
Mode of examination.
CBE-computer based examination.
Only eligible candidates will take the CBE exam, which will be administered by the NTA on January 14, 2024.

Selection standards for candidates for the Indian Army’s Short Service Commission (SSC) in the MNS
Computer Based Examinations
Interview
Subject to available openings, qualified candidates would be invited for interviews in Delhi.
Accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the candidates.
Medical Examinations.
A medical board will assess the physical health of selected individuals, as arranged by the DGFAMS office.
In case of pregnancy
Pregnancy will be regarded a cause of unfitness, and she will be rejected.
The female applicants will be judged fit 24 weeks following an uncomplicated delivery.
12 weeks after an MTP/abortion, and 52 weeks after a cesarean section declared fit.

For new candidates
The tenures of SSC officers appointed under the civil entry process are five years.
Ex-AMC candidates
Candidates who are released after 10 years of SSC service will not be considered for grant commission in AFMS.
